Well, at least some of the more important female characters to begin with... ;)
I'd also like to point out that every female character I'll present here will also be available for romancing at least once in the game.
That will be a big difference from my past two games, sex/romancing won't be restricted to just the egyptian royal family anymore, but most of the female cast.
And of course, we'll start with Farah!
Or rather, the young/teen version of Farah we'll be introduced to in LoQO: Origin, she'll both play a part of the main story and also be a active partymember once she has been located.
Her weapon of choice will be a bow/crossbow, a skill she inherited from her real parents she were taken from when she was far too young to remember, but also a skill she never really had to use in her adult life since she later became the Queen of Egypt.
And for those unfamiliar with her, she also became the mother of the two daughters she got with the Pharaoh, Opala and Osira.
She also had a third "child" named Nehas that might be more or less of a mystery for anyone who goes through her history.
And don't worry, even though this young version of Farah will play a important role in the game, her adult version, along with Opala and Osira, will all be in the game too!
This is sounding really interesting, Gabe, I can't wait until the game gets released. =3 Is Sebastilion going to be in the game a lot, or is he not going to come in until later?

ReplyDeleteYoung Farah looks about the same as Regular Farah in that picture. I mean, her bangs are over the other eye and that's about it. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I think it was mentioned somewhere that she had "divine vitality" or something?
Anyway, I'm glad that things are moving forward despite your present troubles.
...I'm not exactly 100% on the backstory here, but doesn't that happen anyway? ;)
DeleteI dunno. The Egyptian Royal Family always struck me as rather... relaxed about that sorta thing. I mean, when your half-brother's a horse, your boyfriend's a panther, and your sister is literally unwilling to put a human dick inside of her...
I guess that it's *probably* not true, then, or you'd deny it rather than joke about it. Aw well. All my hopes and dreams have been dashed... guess I'll have to pick up some new ones...
No, it would a interesting progression...though I'm not sure how players would feel to find out they have been actively done incest without knowing, especially those who aren't cool about it. x3

1. Does this mean we will finally meet The Pharaoh and learn his name?
2. What age will the daughters of Egypt be in game? Will we be able to play the events of Osiras famous assassination attempt?
Maybe on the first question, but as for the other...the game does take place after the events of LoQOII, so Opala and Osira would still be the same age.

DeleteInteresting choice, with Farah using a bow or crossbow. Many women have to wear protection when using a bow, since it is not uncommon for their breasts to get in the way of the bowstring. Apparently, the bigger the endowments, the more likely the woman is to have a nipple struck (less then pleasant, I assume!).
ReplyDeleteWith Farah, you might want to stick to a crossbow - even young Farah looks to be a prime candidate for significant troubles with a bow.
Oh right, never thought of that...but then again, there is no rule you have to hold a bow vertically, if used horizontally, the string is above boob-range.

Neat to hear about the eight different romancing options, but I hope you're not sacrificing too much depth for breadth. Even with a great game playing through it eight times might be a little excessive. Here's hoping you don't have to take too much of a toll out of the core content to accommodate so many options.
Awesome to hear what you might have planned for Sebastilion! Like Chakat, I think that's a great idea. It's excellent that you keep coming up with new ideas for each game, to keep them exciting and not feeling the same. I'm looking forward to helping out during Beta Testing!

ReplyDeleteit will be like his friend who betray him starts to become close to the current Pharaoh and starts to corrupt the Pharaoh and Egypt becoming a bad place to be right now
because his friend betrayed him the Pharaoh banished the main character and later comeback to Egypt and his friend becomes the new Pharaoh and starts to notice that Egypt is not the same the he tried to protect and starts a revolution with his new found companions like
*Seth
*Master Hen'Tai
*Dargon (he looks old in Opala 1) maybe?
*Current ALTUM at that time ala Yuber of Suikoden
*Bal'Rana maybe?
*Valencio maybe?
I'm guessing there will be the origin of Nehas in the storyline. If you know what I mean :p

ReplyDeleteI'm really glad to hear that. No offense, but the lack of sex scenes for the PC in loqo2 was a real turn off. PC sex scenes aside, loqo2 was pretty cool.

Okay, there needs to be a lesbian (or a threesome with Osaira, which ever is preferable) scene between adult and young Farah. Because there really needs to be a little more lesbian scenes in your games. JMO of course.
