For funsies, I took notes on when I began one of my sessions today.
Adding one new costume for four different characters took 3 straight hours of work.
Just a little behind-the-scenes of how even the smallest thing take some time.

Anyhoo, clearly that was some of the stuff I did today so far, but otherwise this past week I've done a lot of micromanaging with coding and assets to set things up for the beta hitting later this month.
The sequence involving the cameo from LoQOII has been slightly tweaked with an secret ending being included to the side-quest, which you might have an idea of how to pull off if you remember the encounters with him/her in the previous game and a certain...rivalry.

More treasure maps is also on the cards, so the "Map Folder" in the journal has been modified to allow the other two pages including the numbers 11-30 to be accessed.

And that's about it for today, see you next week!

  1. Your "it took 3 hours to add 4 costumes" made me go "Yeah. Welcome to programming/making games."

I'm a member on a forum (if you guys sceencap this and post it on the forum, sup! You know who the hell you are!) where people keep complaining about how slow the updates are coming.

Me: ...It's like it can take *tens to hundreds of hours* of programming to give players 10-20 minutes of gameplay. Who knew. (Spoiler: Everyone. Literally everyone with common sense knew.)

Looking forward to the next update, so keep up the good work as always!

  2. Been meaning to ask for a while now, is there any concrete plan for how many CG scenes are left? And is there any plans for the side girls to get some love as well, like Stella and Sue? Horace is also at the castle now, and some more MC with multiple girls would be nice *wink wink nudge nudge*
