It took a little longer than expected to get all the effects done for the maps and I did run into a graphical issue, but that was resolved without having to make any compromises.
The sidequest related to the location "Crash Site" is also 50% done, I just need to add the second half to it and what happens after it's all wrapped up.
That content was planned all the way back when the location was first introduced, hinted at during some cutscenes in the story that changed depending on if you had seen the meteor or not.
Nevertheless, it would've been very easy to overlook it at the time since it was missing context.
I gotta keep it all very hush-hush though, since it might be a bit spoilery!
That'll be it for now, see you next week!
Quite a few people have asked me why I bother commenting on your posts every week.
ReplyDeleteMight be because you actually give updates and don't go "Oh yeah, I'm totally releasing something within X timeframe," then disappear without a word - you at least (attempt) to make it happen and if it fails for one reason or another, you owe up to it and push it back.
Basically, you communicate.
There's no special reason I bring this up - just figured I'd make people who keep trash talking you realize that this is the difference between a content creator who keeps people in the loop and one that makes vague promises that they fail to uphold.
Apologies, I rant.
Keep up the good work and now I'm curious what the second half will be about.
Swegabe, do you plan to make a Brazilian Portuguese version of the game? It would be great for players who don't speak English.
