No more teasing around, here is the character people have been asking about ever since she went from being a skilled swordwoman and Lord Kross's sister to ending up becoming Eclipse the Horseman's "personal assistant" by the end of LoQOII.
She might not show up in episode III, but the pair will eventually be reintroduced to let returning players settle the score and put an end to that story thread.
In other news, International Edition is now implemented and my focus has turned to finishing off Odidania before next week when I plan to release the latest beta towards the end of the month, as I thought I'd only have time to finish one or the other.
However, for once I'm happy to be wrong as it seems like I might be able to do both! :D
And with that, you know the deal; I'll see you again next Tuesday!

Honestly, with Eclipse's comment about "all the foals you'll give birth to" in LoQOII, I expected her to be pregnant. In any case, though, I can't wait to run into these two again.

DeleteNeed to get to the Imperial Manor for the actual gathering. But Grand Bridge is blocked by guards and my character just says: "too dangerous to be here at this time...". Even at night the same thing.

DeleteIt goes: Talk to mayor of Brightstone then talk to Osira at the bar in Brightstone. Go to the royal guesthouse and your party will come back with fancy clothes. If you don't have fancy clothes selectable when changing Farah's clothes, then go to the house.
DeleteFinally, to get to the High Lord Gathering, you have to take the boat from Whitehaven, then you can go through the bridge.
Are you already dressed for the occasion? Otherwise try snooping around in Brightstone.
DeleteYou may have also played the beta last in which the cutscnene which ended the gathering was not yet finished and you need to debug the game to continue, SweGabe left an option for that in it.
I do have the ballgown outfit for Farah and the undercover Maid for Gabrielle.

DeleteOn another note though: How does one actually earn some coin? I'm about to attack the spire, but im so damn broke.
I've made all my money by killing 30 sets of each enemy. Check out the loqo wiki to see who you can kill quickly and who gives a good gold reward. To get the achievements, you'll kill at least 60 of that enemy, usually around 75. Killing 30 sets unlocks the legendary monster of that type. Killing the legendary monster gets you an illustration. As a completionist, I've enjoyed it and I've got 300k to spare after buying everything in game.
DeleteWhile I'm really excited about Odidania and the really really really excited about the international edition, somehow what I'm most excited about is still the content you had to cut at the last minute from the previous beta: The extended tent option.

Did you get a different version? Or did you get a set of new art elsewhere? I know you said once before you don't share your custom art, but would you consider sharing the default art instead?
All my default art is that same terrible style, not like your better looking and serious art.

Your games normally have three episodes right? Csue I think I herd this one is having four but I am unsure of that because I thought for sure they only had three, can somebody else confirm or deny that for me, I don't know where to look for that info.

DeleteNormally 3 yes but this time 4. Gabe was originally going with the usual 3 but then decided there was far more content than previous games. The plan is usually 1 episode per year so (I don't know if this is the case or not) I think Gabe figured to keep this time line 4 episodes would have to be made.
DeleteHi Gabriel i am kinda new to the game but I have a question. you know when you lose a battle against a boss or grunts is there a possibility of adding a sex scene with the mob or bosswhen you lose but like only with the female characters or maybe you could choose which character to be in the scene for example I lose to a werewuffie and I choose Farah to be in the sex scene. It's just a suggestion that I thought would be cool lol

DeleteEach episode you get is all progress currently toward the completed game. So if you download ep1 you are only getting ep1 but if you get ep2 you are getting all content from ep1 + all content up to the end of ep2. Did I explain that ok?

Deletelol me too. If you can afford it you could always go to Gabe's patreon page and pledge $10 or more for a beta. You don't have to do it every month(though it helps if you do lol) just pledge for a month, make sure it goes through and the money is transfered at the start of the next month and you get a link to the beta. Also if you pledge $20 you get some cosplay pics and access to all current live action adult videos Gabe has made so far. (They're awesome lol)

ReplyDeleteHey everyone i know this is off topic but i have been having alot of trouble trying to figure this out so is legend of queen opala 2 (golden edition) the first game with the second? i have been trying to find the very first game in the series made but i dont see a download on Gabes site.
ReplyDeleteNope that's the second game only. Both the secend and first games got a "gold edition" a bit after release that fixed some leftover bugs and added a bit of content. You have to find "Legend of Queen Opala Golden Edition" with no other numbers or subtitles added.
DeleteIf you can't find it on Gabe's page, just look elsewhere. I think it's linked on the LoQO wiki as well. Since the game has been for free for years, I'm sure SweGabe doesn't mind what source you dowload it from.
